Make every km count with free fundraising resources
Now that you’ve taken on 100K Your Way it’s time to make every km count by finding sponsors. To help you spread the word, we’ve created a toolkit jam-packed with downloadable resources that will make this task easier.
What's in the fundraising toolkit?
To get started, you’ll need to check out the Resources page. This page features everything you need to create your fundraising toolkit and spread the word far and wide, including:
- Printable posters to hang around your office or local community
- Social media images and pre-written copy to share on your favourite platform
- Email signature banners to put your sign-off to work

How to download resource files
To download any of these files to your device, simply hit the download button beside the resource you want. To save images to your camera roll, press and hold the image you want and select ‘Save to Photos’ so that it’s ready to use on social media.
Sharing to social media
To find sponsors on platforms such as Facebook, X and LinkedIn, you will need your unique fundraising link. This can be found by logging into your dashboard.
Next, save any images you would like to share to your camera roll. Then, add in your own text or borrow a pre-written suggestion from our samples. Add in your link and you’re ready to fundraise!
What about sharing on Instagram?
To share a link on Instagram, you need to create an Instagram Story with a link sticker. As this requires a couple of extra steps, we’ve created a dedicated article for downloading images and sharing your fundraising URL on Instagram.
Updating your email signature
Adding a 100K Your Way image to your email signature is a simple, ‘set-and-forget' way to spread the word about your challenge. To do this, choose an email banner and select download to save the image file. Uploading the image will vary based on your preferred email client, but here are instructions for a few popular ones:
- Gmail: Open your Gmail settings, scroll to the signature section, click the image icon, and upload your downloaded banner. Add your fundraising link by highlighting the text or the image and clicking the link (paperclip) icon.
- Outlook: Go to File, then Options, then Mail, and click Signatures. Create a new signature or edit your existing one, insert the image using the picture icon, and add a hyperlink to your personal or team fundraising page.
- Mail (Apple): Open Preferences, select Signatures, create or edit a signature, drag the image into the signature field, and add the fundraising link by highlighting text and using Insert Link.
