How to track your 100K

Tracking your kilometres is easy. Use your personal smartphone, fitness tracker, smart watch or a pedometer to track runs, rides, rolls and walks. If you’re swimming laps, count the metres swam to convert to kilometres.

Throughout April you'll be able to upload your daily kilometres and keep track of your progress on your personal fundraising page. See below for step-by-step instructions on how to track your kilometres.

Upload your kilometres

Log in to your dashboard

Scroll down to the heading ‘Add the fitness app connection functionality’ and click your chosen app to match your Fitbit, Strava or Garmin.

Follow the prompts to connect your account.

When you finish select ‘save’ and your information will be published to the tally on your page the next day (allow 24 hours).
