“The thing I enjoyed most about doing 100K Your Way was the challenge to get moving after becoming quite sedentary. I did lunch time walks with my teammates, walks with my partner after work or the getting on the gym bike at night.  Fitness aside, walking is also great for your mental health and reducing stress.”
