How to track your 100K
Tracking your kilometres
Tracking your kilometres throughout April is easy. Just use your personal smart phone, fitness watch, smart watch or a pedometer to track your runs and walks.
Throughout April you'll be able to upload your daily kilometers and keep track of your progress on your personal fundraising page. Here are step-by-step instructions on how to track your kilometres.
Upload kilometres manually
Log in to your dashboard
Under ‘your KM’, click the correct date on the tracker and enter number of kilometres completed
The number of kilometres will appear on your fundraising page and update on your tracker
Upload a photo or video of your daily run to social media with #100KYourWay @visionaustralia
Upload your kilometres automatically
You can have your kilometres automatically added when you connect your 100K Your Way dashboard with Fitbit, Garmin or Strava.
Download the Fitbit, Garmin or Strava app and set up your account (if you don’t have one already).
Log in to your 100K Your Way account and select the tab ‘Log My Walk/Run’.
Scroll down to the heading ‘Add the fitness app connection functionality’ and click your chosen app.
Follow the prompts to connect your account.
When you go off on your next 100K Your Way walk or run, select ‘start’ in the app on your phone or smartwatch. When you finish select ‘save’ and your information will be published to the tally on your page the next day (allow 24 hours).
