I'm fundraising for Seeing Eye Dogs
So I decided this year is going to be the year of 'Discipline' and 'Hard' so what does that mean you may ask?On my 21st birthday I am going to be partaking in my longest run ever being 21KM! if you know me you know I have never even ran up to 10km so this will either be incredibly ambitious or incredibly rouge either way were doing it!
Growing up my family and I were puppy carers, and it was honestly one of the most rewarding experiences. Seeing the incredible work these dogs go on to do opened my eyes to a completely different way of life and showed me just how life changing these Seeing Eye Dogs can be.
these incredible dogs provide independence, confidence, companionship and support helping their handlers navigate everyday life. I truly don't believe they get enough recognition for the amazing impact they have.
Im not running these 21km as apart of an official event, so I thought why not make it even more special.... (and also force me to do it and not back out)
So on the 17th of September I'll be taking on my very first HALF MARATHON! so while I'm out their questioning all life decisions that led me to this point, l'll also be raising as much money as I can for an organisation that has a very special place in my heart.
