My strides have the power to change lives!
Vision loss can happen to anyone at any age — but for me, this cause is deeply personal.
When my daughter Lily was just 4 months old, she was diagnosed with nystagmus and oculocutaneous albinism. From that moment, our world changed. We began learning what life looks like with low vision — the challenges, the strength it takes, and the importance of support, understanding, and inclusion.
That’s why I’ve chosen to take on the 100K Your Way challenge this April. I’ll be moving 100km over the month to raise vital funds for Vision Australia, so they can continue providing life-changing support to people like Lily and so many others who are navigating vision loss.
This isn’t just a fundraiser for me — it’s about raising awareness, creating a more inclusive world, and helping ensure that no one feels limited by their vision. Every child, every person deserves the confidence and support to live life fully and chase their dreams.
If you’re able to donate, share, or support in any way, it would mean so much to me and my family. Your generosity helps make a real difference and gives people living with vision loss the opportunity to thrive.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me — let’s make every kilometre count
