For my son Arlo

You never think it will happen to you until it does. We found out that our son Arlo was born blind when he was 4 months and you can imagine the shock, the questions, the why, what do we do, where do we go from here?. Some of those thoughts we still have to this day but one thing we do know that Arlo is Arlo. 

We were quickly connected with Vision Australia to help Arlo receive Physio and Occupational Therapy to help him navigate in the world and his space with the skills and confidence required.  If it wasn't for charity donations to Vision Australia I'm sure Arlo wouldn't be smashing his goals like he is today. From walking independently, talking, feeding himself and understanding his surroundings.

I am doing the 100k Your Way this April to raise funds for Vision Australia, so they can provide immediate support to people when they need it the most.

I have built a beautiful community online and in person and I couldn’t have done it without everyones support. I know how important these funds are and the sense of belonging a visually impaired/blind child, teenager, adult needs in our world.
